The basic module forms the foundation of our collaboration and includes everything you truly need. For your first property, you will need the basic module, while a cost-effective additional basic module is available for each subsequent property. Pricing is based on the number of beds per property – and from 100 beds onward, the price remains stable. You can bundle multiple rental units within a building or property and market them both individually and as a complete package without incurring additional costs. You pay once for all beds or a maximum of 100 beds. The price is valid for 12 months from the date of the online contract conclusion. Contact between guest and host occurs directly after the inquiry via the platform, while guest management remains entirely in your hands.
Additional property
If you market multiple properties through us, you benefit from a volume discount. The duration of the additional module is always 12 months. You can choose the start date independently of the first property.
Direct Booking Module
Online booking is popular. Direct booking at www.groupstravel.com is commission-free and available for groups of any size. You have 72 hours to confirm the reservation. The quote and contract are automatically generated. Payment can be made via invoice, cash, or credit card directly to your account. Credit card integration is optional but recommended.

Your accommodation will be marketed on groupstravel.com and various social networks. Guest management is your responsibility. If you choose this model, a commission of 10% of the overnight price will be invoiced to you after the guest’s departure.
Full-service management package
Your accommodation will be specifically promoted on groupstravel.com and various social media to generate interest from travelers. Groups will handle complete guest management for you, including payment processing and collection. If you choose this model, a fair commission of 15% of the travel price (excluding VAT) will be charged after the guest’s departure – simple and transparent!
