Platform Description\n\n<\/h1>\n\n\n<p>The Platform serves to provide information for the mediation of holiday and group houses as well as to offer information about various modules, partners, and marketing options for hosts. Users have the opportunity to be redirected directly via a provided registration link to register their accommodation on the portals www.groupstravel.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n      <h1 id=\"block_0c28def130cb9c62b2a7ad13131d30f4\" class=\"title title--xlarge text-header typo-off text-left l-block\" >\n  \n  \n\n3. Registration and Use\n\n<\/h1>\n\n\n<p>3.1. In order to use the platform www.groupstravel.com, hosts must register. Registration occurs by filling out the corresponding registration link with a username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. The accuracy of the data provided during registration is the responsibility of the user. The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of the provided information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. The user agrees to keep their access data confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of access data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n      <h1 id=\"block_9df90cf663114f01b34f6ef3537c0afe\" class=\"title title--xlarge text-header typo-off text-left l-block\" >\n  \n  \n\n4. Content and Offers\n\n<\/h1>\n\n\n<p>4.1. The information and offers provided on the Platform are non-binding. Disclaimer\n\n<\/h1>\n\n\n<p>5.1. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Platform or the impossibility of use, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence of the Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. The Provider assumes no liability for the content of external links or offers linked on the Platform. The operators of the respective websites are solely responsible for this content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n      <h1 id=\"block_463c334b6fc7d392af7a751e4d17e158\" class=\"title title--xlarge text-header typo-off text-left l-block\" >\n  \n  \n\n6.
